MSc Business Analytics & Management graduate from the University of East Anglia with a strong analytical and numerate background. I enjoy working with data, analytics, and visualisation to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.I have hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and machine learning, building dashboards, automated reports, and analytical models across academic and professional projects. My experience includes data cleaning, transformation, validation, trend analysis, and stakeholder reporting.Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst (CRM & Data Analytics Intern), developing Power BI dashboards, integrating CRM data, and supporting data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. I also have experience analysing financial and operational datasets to identify risks, trends, and performance insights.With a background in engineering and analytics, I bring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
