Working with account representatives to enable customers across various industries by helping them get the most out of their data and matching them to a SAS offering that best fits their use case. Collaborate with fellow systems engineers and subject matter experts in order to best set customers up for success. Work with customers involves asking questions and guiding customers through conversations about their use case, providing architecture recommendations, developing demonstrations of SAS tools and solutions, and developing POCs that leverage customer data for a more personalized and involved demonstration. During demonstrations, the goal is to build a story using the tools and data so the customer is able to see how SAS can bring value to their organization. Areas of work include model development, ModelOps, visualization, open-source, API integration with SAS, forecasting, and text analytics. In addition to work with customers, a lot of work is done within the systems engineers team, from training to workgroups, to stay on top of relevant topics in the world of AI and analytics.
