While most people avoid EPC chaos like a fire drill, I’ve spent 24+ years running straight into it… and delivering mega-projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochem, Mining, Water, Power, Marine, and Solar without losing my sanity or my sense of humors. From India’s thermal power jungles to Saudi’s industrial mega-sites, I’ve survived “simple” brownfield upgrades (which are never simple), design-build marathons, and turnkey missions that could easily be Netflix thrillers. Aramco, Petrofac, BHEL, NTPC, Reliance, JSW, Essar, Adani, NGC {JV of SALIC/Bahri} — if they needed a project delivered, I was somewhere on-site making it happen. As a PMP®, I’m the guy teams call when drawings fight each other, vendors mysteriously disappear, or someone proposes a “small scope change” the size of a football stadium. My specialties: keeping the project on track, the contractors aligned, the client confident, and the whole team caffeinated. Now serving as Project Manager (FIDIC Engineer’s Role) at National Grain Company, Yanbu — where my daily tasks include MEP firefighting, contract diplomacy, schedule gymnastics, and convincing everyone that yes, we will finish on time (and no, miracles don’t come with warranty). ⋆ My leadership style? ⋆ Strategic when required.
