Hi there! I am an IT professional with more than a decade of extensive experience in Oracle Applications and Databases in multi-client shared model environment, both cloud and on-premises, with mission critical production support and service for US, India, SG and UK based clients. I thrive and excel in a multi-lingual and cultural environment. I have a knack for solving problems, taking accountability for any work that is presented and ensure to deliver end-to-end results. I am also adept at understanding each customer’s needs, providing excellent support with an emphasis on customer experience and service along with possessing team building, coaching and leading capabilities. I have worked on implementations and major upgrades of production databases and applications along with daily administration (L2 & L3), maintenance, patching, cloning, troubleshooting, performance tuning & achieving internal technical tasks through automation via bash scripting. Additionally, I also have experience in providing support for OCI, PaaS, IaaS, Oracle RAC, WebLogic server 12c, SOA suite, REST Data Services, Apex, Hyperion, Agile applications and custom deployments on Tomcat. Outside of work, you’ll find me invested in reading and learning about science, technology, various forms of art, psychology, human behaviour, healthy living and sustainable practices as I consume mindfully. As cliché as it may sound, I do consider myself an eternal student and an ever curious soul. I enjoy running, hiking, solo travelling, spending time listening to and creating music. I truly believe that each one of us as an individual and we as a community have the ability to lead a well rounded life.
