   Accountable for E-ESI tool adaption in North America across various customers (T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon, Canadian carriers) which involves coordinating and working closely with NBO and ASP managers for tool readiness, preparing requirements workflows for the Global dev teams, supporting field community, conducting various training sessions, and preparing solution documents for new requirements to be handed over to developers. • Lead for driving automation solution for integration of BB52xx/66xx nodes for LTE and NR deployment including new integrations, DUS to BB migrations, reconfiguration scopes, carrier adds, troubleshooting etc. and Baseband to baseband migration and sector add and reconfigurations.• Work with service readiness team to prepare the MOP on launch of new baseband and software packages.• Involved in validating Netconf and moshell scripts used for integrations as per CIQ.• Responsible for training implementation manager on the processes of integrations which includes prechecks, post check and cell lock/unlock and E911 testing.• Prepare user acceptance test plans and perform testing with new software prior to release.• Supporting field technicians on demand in real time for troubleshooting integration issues.• Provide solution for commissioning & integration of 4G Nodes (2nd carrier/3rd carrier/4thcarrier) addition.
