   Leading the multifaceted Multinational Credit Control process which involves numerous co-activities:\\\\n\\\\n1. Billing/invoicing—collaborating with a team to collate and verify the data supplied by account managers. Once confirmed, we start moving forward with the procedure for the responsible authorities and update the books of record.\\\\n\\\\n2. Carrying on the collection with a (pre-defined) gathering matrix defined in the process based on the bills/invoice issuance in the preceding step.\\\\n\\\\n3. Cash Application: After collection step has been completed and payment is received in the adequate bank account, working with a particular cash department to move forth with cash application and close the books of record.\\\\n\\\\nIn addition, I work closely with senior leaders to ensure procedures are established and improved to meet organizational goals, such as workflow order preparation, SOP compliance, and interphase for better outcomes. Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders is also a key part of my role, ensuring that the SLA chosen with the client is met.\\\\n\\\\nI have drafted monthly and quarterly aging reports for the company\'s senior leadership to comprehend the current debt situation and make decisions regarding future strategies.
