Delivered 4 major projects including multiple MVP\'s like Next Best Action (NBA) to enhance customer experience and digital sales and deriving Equity Positions for the customers. Developed and implemented NBA model for the client to enhance user re-engagement across brand sites and eShop sites. Next Best Action recommendation for customers based on their browsing activity, clickstream data, and model predictions. 4.$2.1M incremental revenue generated through NBA live campaign testing. 0.67 pp overall lift in the incremental sales through the campaign.
