About Varun Rajesh

As a Consultant at Deloitte, I work with organizations to improve operational efficiency by designing and implementing large-scale technology solutions. My work focuses on helping clients streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve how teams interact with complex systems. I regularly collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. This includes refining workflows, defining system requirements, and supporting development teams through implementation to ensure solutions deliver measurable efficiency gains. In addition to client work, I contribute to internal innovation initiatives focused on applied AI. I currently support the development of Deloitte’s internal AI assistant, Sidekick, where I help improve model performance through data inputs, training refinement, and testing use cases to enhance how teams access information and automate knowledge workflows. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of technology, operations, and automation where better systems can unlock productivity and enable teams to move faster.I graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where I majored in Finance and gained exposure to various opportunities and career paths within financial services. I interned at Oppenheimer & Co. and Karvy Financial Services, where I learned about valuations, industry trends, and research methods. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the public sector.
