A former child scientist and a President\'s awardee from late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at National Children\'s Science Congress 2005, Varun has also been the then youngest in India to complete his post-grad Mythology, aged 23-ex-Founder & CEO of a VC funded B2B SaaS, in Singapore, engineered to bring $240Bn cloud wastage to 0, in an AI-first world-built & led the product marketing function at Scaler from scratch, influencing ARR grow from ~$4Mn to ~$90Mn+ within 2 years. Owned full-funnel marketing (budgets ~10cr/month) to acquire 1.5lac+ leads monthly, across ATL, BTL & growth IPs for Scaler\'s flagship courses - Scaler Academy (Full Stack Engineering) & Scaler Data Science & Machine Learning)-during Covid, led GTM Strategy & Digital Transformation for one of India\'s biggest, oldest Media conglomerates- HT Media group. Incubated & owned GTM for 3 new B2B businesses across Adtech, Podcasts and International Radio-part of the community think-tank on Mythology and Ancient Wisdom with extensive knowledge in applied wisdom of yore - having created mythology-based L&D models and authored research papers-represented India at \'21st Century Maritime Silk Road OBOR Leadership Program\' 2018 in a cohort of 30+ nationalities at Jiujiang, China-represented India at World Culture Festival, GDUFS, Guangzhou, 2018 as Speaker - Presenter on \'The Story of Organised Chaos - India\'-co-creator of Future Group Leadership Academy - the leadership succession pipeline of then India\'s biggest retail conglomerate, Future Group, having successfully institutionalized it to produce 100 next-gen leaders annually from amongst employees apart from managing the Corporate Training, Skilling and L&D business of group\'s 20+ retail formats across insurance, fashion, FMCG, furniture, audit tech etc, 2017-Makeblock\'s India Business lead led its early-entry into Indian K12 STEM Ed-tech space contributing with distribution channels, marketing, amongst others, in 2019. Makeblock is backed by Sequoia, Tiger etc.Dedicates weekends towards upskilling & delivering Mythology, Storytelling & Life Skills sessions at NGOs, schools, colleges, organizations etc.
