Hi, I’m Varun. Product and Marketing are my twin passions - but what really gets me up every morning is an obsession for customer insight and how that can guide decisions on what we build today to drive real, measurable outcomes - great CX, brand value, revenue growth, and sustainable profitability.My background is in sales, marketing, GTM, and commercial operations across financial services, digital marketing, and e-learning. Since 2007, I\'ve worked with and founded ventures in edtech, fintech, and mental health, which have included both -1 to 0 (pre-idea chaos) and 0 to 1 (early traction +) stages.On product, I focus on problem discovery, rapid prototyping, growth loops, and turning messy customer insights into clear product decisions that move the needle. I’m also an indie hacker - so I bootstrap, build and launch products as a part-time interest.
