I\'m a Product Designer focused on behaviour change. I build customer experiences aimed at delivering tangible business impact. Over the past 8+ years, I have worked across a variety of industries such as BFSI, F&B, Retail, Real Estate, Healthcare, Fitness, Recruitment, and Travel, across India, South-East Asia, UK, North America, China, Gulf, and the Middle East. I am currently leading a design team at HumanX in solving behaviour change problem statements for our client partners. Along with this, I also mentor the designers on the team to be the best version of themselves, on and off the field. I was a part of the core founding team at Arham Labs, a digital experience management company working with businesses across various lifecycle stages and sizes. In my time at Arham Labs, I have helped set up the product team at Arham Labs right from scratch and scaled it to a 20+ strong team across multiple disciplines. I worked with the org leaders in setting up the right design culture, processes, and systems.
