Helping the project teams to get ready for External audits like CMMI-Benchmark, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Surveillance & Recertification Audits. Having experience of Benchmark appraisal and PIID Mapping. Having experience in attaining/responding back to client/vendor security questionnaires. Experience in handling security incidents and was part of Information security forum. Experience in reviewing the client MSA\'s w.r.t contractual obligations and making the project teams adhere to them. Experience in facilitating support functions (IT Ops, HR Ops & HR Recruitment). CMMI V 2.0 implementation and facilitating the Project team with the required processes. Responsible for scheduling & conducting Internal Quality Audits in the organization and supporting the teams in resolving the non-compliances. Audit results reporting, Conducting root cause analysis and audit follow-up, process improvement facilitation. Participate in the Project Progress meetings, reporting Status of the projects to Senior Management on monthly basis. Conducting Gap analysis in line with various process frameworks like ISO and CMMI. Metrics data collection, analysis for ISO, CMMI, Agile scrum. Performing Metrics analysis and coming up with some corrective and preventive actions if there is any non-compliance from the organization defined baselines. Reporting to Senior Management on the process compliance Issues during the Audit. Good Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and its application to projects.
