Leading the strategy, certification, and lifecycle management of mobile devices/IOT devices/Wearables to ensure seamless integration with our evolving 5G, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS, and eSIM/eUICC services- RFQ/RFI/RFP preparation, Handling proposal, Financial alignments and Project execution for the high value projects- Collaborating closely with OEMs, chipset vendors, and internal engineering/commercial teams, I align global device roadmaps with network evolution and business strategy- Contribute in shaping the operator’s 5G device ecosystem, enabling smooth adoption of 5G NSA, 5G SA, VoNR, and advanced IMS features- Device onboarding, acceptance testing, and FOTA software update programs, ensuring devices meet strict technical, regulatory, and security requirements while delivering superior customer experience- Focus on driving device-network optimization, improving KPIs such as 5G attach success, mobility and handover performance, IMS registration rates, and VoLTE/VoNR quality- I also influence vendor priorities, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure our portfolio remains future-ready in the 5G era- Passionate about innovation and next-generation connectivity, I bridge technology and business to deliver devices that empower customers and reinforce the operator’s market leadership in 5G.
