ABOUT VARUNI V.

A dedicated and proactive individual with both technical and management background. I am passionate about analyzing business, its development activities and implementing solutions. I have the experience in handling all the projected related activities including project/business plan, forecast, setting up realistic goals/timelines along with participating in meetings with directors and clients. I have also worked closely with CEO and CTO to look after the progress of the project to be completed, presented, and delivered on time.I have the knowledge and experience in examining business portfolio, process workflows, business inefficiencies and opportunities, interaction with higher management to make assessments of client’s business strategies. I have also been successful in designing a strategic marketing plan for the company to expand the target market that was delivered and presented in the client-based report. My various interpersonal skills like analytical thinking, extraordinary communication, problem solving along with team and time management helped me collaborate with higher management to carry out the project related activities smoothly, identify risks and devise plans to mitigate them.
