I am a Mechanical Engineer currently pursuing an M.Tech in Computer Integrated Manufacturing at NIT Warangal. With one year of experience as a System Engineer at Infosys, I specialize in backend development using C#.NET, and Web APIs, which has enhanced my skills in automation, software development, and systems integration.At NIT Warangal, I’ve worked extensively on Digital Twin technology for rotating machinery in VMC CNC machines, integrating real-time data from MEMS sensors with Siemens Simcenter 3D and Amesim for predictive maintenance. By employing machine learning techniques like SVM and Random Forest, I developed systems for fault detection and classification, reducing downtime and improving efficiency. I deployed this solution on Azure Cloud, demonstrating my skills in IIoT and cloud technologies.My hands-on experience also extends to IoT and mechatronics. Projects such as home automation using ESP32 and a heart & oxygen rate monitoring system via Bluetooth have honed my skills in MATLAB, Arduino, Blynk IoT, and ThingSpeak. These projects reflect my ability to integrate various technologies to create efficient solutions.In the area of mechanical design, I worked on designing and analyzing an aircraft wheel hub using SolidWorks and ANSYS, optimizing it to withstand operational loads and minimize stress concentrations. This experience deepened my understanding of 3D-CAD modeling and simulation.Technically, I am proficient in MATLAB, Python, C++, C#, SolidWorks, ANSYS, AutoCAD, Siemens Simcenter, and Azure. My areas of interest include Industry 4.0, IIoT, and advanced automation, with skills in PLC programming and machine learning to support these fields.I am passionate about applying my technical knowledge to real-world challenges in automation and manufacturing.
