   Responsible for setting up and leading a new team of clinicians (MDs, RNs, and PharmDs) who are responsible for the risk management activities of the eClinicalWorks product suite as required by the Corporate Integrity Agreement • Create the Risk Management Plan (RMP) that is appropriate and achievable in the context of product development and modification • Collaborate with leaders across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to incorporate CRM activities where necessary • Establish processes within the Organization in alignment with the DCB-0129 - CRM Standard • Ensure the CRM activities are successfully implemented in accordance with the established processes • Lead the Creation of baseline Risk Management Documents (Hazard Logs and Safety Case Reports) • Present Progress updates on risk management activities to the C-Suite and Regulatory bodies • Monitor Product Risk on an ongoing basis by ensuring the Risk Management Documents are kept up-to-date • Lead cross-functional team meetings to aid conformance with the SAFER Guides • Oversee the Clinical Content team that is responsible for maintaining clinical content within the eClinicalWorks application Achievements: o Successfully implemented and conformed to the CRM standard o Helped eClinicalWorks become proactive in product risk identification and mitigation o Team growth from 6 to 30 team members
