As a Senior Biostatistician, I apply my expertise in biostatistics and data science to support RWE studies & clinical trials in various therapeutic areas including gene therapy, cell therapy, oncology, rare diseases, covid-19 etc. I have over 10 years of experience in public health, with a strong background in biostatistics, clinical research, data analytics, and environment, health & safety(EHS). I hold 2 masters degrees(an MPH degree in Biostatistics and a master\'s degree in EHS), and a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science. I am also certified in public health (CPH).My core competencies include designing, conducting, and interpreting complex statistical analyses using SAS and RStudio, performing sample size calculations, generating randomization lists, collaborating with principal investigators or study teams to develop study protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and TFL mock shells that meet the research objectives, creating and reviewing study outputs(TLFs) and CDISC datasets (SDTM and ADaM) to ensure quality, integrity, alignment with the protocol and regulatory guidelines, writing and/or reviewing the statistical sections of regulatory submission documents and study manuscripts. I am passionate about advancing scientific knowledge and improving health outcomes through rigorous and innovative data-driven methods.

   Leading Real-World Evidence (RWE) research studies focused on enhancing health outcomes following Bone Marrow, Peripheral Blood Stem Cell (PBSC), and Cord Blood Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplants, specifically in cases of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Acute Lymphoid Leukemia (ALL), and Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS), in collaboration with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) and the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR).
