I have over 7 years of professional experience in dealing with customers success and outcomes across SaaS and HoReCa.Currently, I work with a restaurant-based tech start-up with over 150+ clients as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, I help in training and onboarding a new client. I have onboarded over 30+ clients. I work closely with the tech team to identify all sorts of bugs and usability issues and get the product clean to achieve a higher standard of client satisfaction. As a Customer Success Manager, I help in keeping the product documentation UpToDate. Prior to this is have worked at a stand-alone Café in Bangalore as a Branch Manager. The same expanded to a total of 4 branches and I was promoted as the Brand Manager.I started my career with two of the well-known International Hotel chains in India - Accor and Marriott. My core department is Front Office I have worked in the following sub-departments that are Front Desk, Guest Service, Operator, and Concierge.At the end of the day, my job has always been talking to clients/customers be it direct face to face or over a phone call.
