Being part of Futuristic team as an Lead EDU ( Electric Drive Unit) Systems Engineer,responsible for developing 800V e-Drive Systems (EDUs) for future JLR in-house BEV’s.Main Duties and Responsibility -Lead Support and cross functional correlation with component level teams on improving and owning all attributes (Performance, efficiency, EMC, durability), targets setting and strategies of the Electric Drive Unit ( Electric Powertrain)-Drive Concept development,integration and testing of e-Drive prototype systems, investigate performance and Efficiency issues and lead their resolution- Model based creation in Simulink for predictive efficiency measurements which includes main losses predicted to overall Electric Drive Unit- Implementation of tools/process for fast, reliable and Robust efficiency assessments-DVM writing, Test correlation with DV teams and issue resolution- DFMEA support for efficiency functions and standard authorising for missing preventative controls and detection controls-Knowledge of testing e-Drive units in HV ecosystem (850V)- Experienced in using task management tools such as JIRA
