I am an Operating Director at I Squared Capital, with over 14+ years of experience in infrastructure investing and operations, focused on driving value creation across complex, large-scale assets in India.I lead operational strategy and performance across a diverse infrastructure portfolio, working closely with management teams, boards, and investment professionals to translate investment theses into measurable outcomes. My role sits at the intersection of investing and execution — with a strong emphasis on EBITDA growth, operational efficiency, long-term asset optimization and raising project finance.Over the course of my career, I have been deeply involved in building and scaling multiple infrastructure platforms from the ground up. This includes driving organic growth, executing bolt-on acquisitions, and supporting platforms through key inflection points, including capital raises and working on exit for ISQ.I currently lead ISQ\'s portfolio operations in India and work across a range of leading infrastructure platforms including Cube Highways, THINK Gas, Lightstorm, Polaris, Hexa, and Cube Grid — spanning sectors such as transport, energy, and digital infrastructure. Across these businesses, I partner closely with leadership teams to drive operational transformation, strengthen governance, and institutionalize performance-driven cultures.My experience includes leading strategic initiatives such as integrations of acquired assets, expansion into new markets, and optimizing capital allocation to enhance returns.
