Key aspects of the project include:Consolidation and structuring of legacy DFMEA datasets across multiple product families.Conducting an in-depth literature review to identify advanced GenAI and machine learning techniques for unstructured, text-based data mining.Designing, developing, and validating algorithms to extract failure modes from historical FMEAs and requirement specifications.Integrating the solution within the Relyence digital FMEA platform to enable scalable, intelligent, and automated risk assessment during early design stages.This initiative is aligned with Eaton’s digital transformation goals and aims to enhance consistency, traceability, and efficiency across the product development lifecycle.
