I am Business Strategy and Operations Leader specializing in solutions and outcomes, with international experience across diverse industries. I spent 6 years working with one of the largest building materials manufacturer in India - donning several hats. I have hands on experience in Business Intelligence and Strategy, Key Accounts Management and Customer Relationship Management. In the past few years, I have gained experience in the fields process re-engineering, process design and transformation. I have further worked with Business Process Management and Robotic Process Automation engagements. With over 16 years’ experience driving transformation efforts, I have an intuitive understanding of the nuances of transformation and the typical levers for change. I frequently lead global practitioners remotely, and in-person. Establishing credibility and building collaborative working relationships with leadership and large cross-functional teams is one of my strengths.
