I bring 18+ years of experience in delivering enterprise-wide Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and IT Operations programs across regulated industries including finance, federal, and healthcare. As a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) leader, I’ve developed and executed enterprise BCP strategies aligned with ISO 22301, FedRAMP, and SOC2 compliance frameworks. My work includes conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), defining RTO/RPOs, leading DR tests, and implementing multi-region AWS disaster recovery architectures. I collaborate with audit, leadership, and infrastructure teams to proactively manage risk, ensure operational resilience, and prepare for internal/external audits. In parallel, I am a hands-on ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, and BCM modules.
