Indus Towers is a Pan-India telecom infrastructure company which provides tower infrastructure to telecom operators like Airtel, Jio, Vi, and others.My role focuses on optimizing rental processes, increasing rental percentage, and improving Indus Towers’ profitability by effective data analysis, timely reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.•Prepare Rental Percentage Dashboard using Power BI and Advanced Excel to analyze rental performance and identify areas for improvement.•Generate Monthly Rental Payout Reports, detailing rental payments made to Landlords (LLs) by state, ensuring accurate tracking of disbursements across India.•Create and maintain Daily Rental Request Reports using Advanced Excel, send them to the Finance Team, track payment status, and provide consolidated weekly reports to the Manager every Monday.•Utilize ERP Oracle System to track rental payments at various tower sites, provide detailed site-wise rental information, and ensure ETMs (Engineer Technical Managers) have complete visibility of site rental status.•Clear Service Requests (SR)/ Service Payments (SP) records on ISQ Platform using Trantula tool to ensure smooth operations and proper record-keeping.•Support Indus Towers’ Center of Excellence (COE) by providing analytical insights and reports that help improve rental percentage, optimize rental payout processes, and contribute to maximizing company profitability.
