I have completed my Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur (Major in Operations and Marketing). I currently work at Amazon as a Sr.Program Manager handling ops excellence across pan India for the Amazon Fresh Hybrid store network.Prior to joining XLRI, I had worked with Reckitt Benckiser (RB) for 1.5 years and before that with GE for ~6 years in Supply Chain Management. Built a diverse set of technical and soft skills. I also had the opportunity to work outside the country in the UK on a greenfield project of setting up a manufacturing facility within 6 months. I am a certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and graduated.My key strengths and skills are Operational Excellence, Cross functional team work, Product/Program Management, ERP proficiency, Logistics (Domestic and International) operations, Warehouse management and Interpersonal skills.I also am a Half-marathon runner and a Himalayan trekker. I love to play and follow a multitude of sports
