ABOUT VARUN RAJAN
After graduating from Penn State in 2022 with a major in Biology and a minor in Psychology, I knew that I wanted to take my career in the direction of my minor. More specifically, I knew I wanted to get into the recruiting field. To that end, I spent a year as an Americorp Member serving at the City Year Greater Boston site with the goal of building up my soft skills. In this role I had lot of great opportunities to work closely with students and staff at the Madeline English School in Everett, MA. Essentially, I was a tutor and mentor for the students with an emphasis on small group work.After finishing my year as an Americorp Member, I recently became the Recruitment Coordinator at Jovie Boston. Jovie focuses on matching incredible caregivers with families who require nannies or babysitters.
