I build supply chains — and I build them to last.Over the past 13 years, I\'ve led end-to-end supply chain and operations across three continents — North America, Europe, and Asia — spanning supply planning, inventory management, production planning, warehousing and procurement. As Director of Supply Planning at LT Foods Americas, I oversee aportfolio of 400+ SKUs and manage the supply chain for the world\'s leading basmati and jasmine rice brands in the North American market. During my tenure, the team has achieved an 99.98% fill rate, 95%+ OTIF and improving— while delivering $$ Millions in annualized supply chain cost savings. Also, I lead the monthly S & OP process end-to-end — presenting supply-side performance, risks, and forward plan to senior leadership and the broader business.Prior to this, at Jamoona, I built the EU operations infrastructure from the ground up — transitioning from 3PL dependency to a fully owned warehouse, standing up an internal supply and procurement function, and leading a team of 70 servicing customers across Germany and Austria. In 2.5 years, we scaled revenue 10x, reaching orders per month before I transitioned back to North America.
