Generation of picklists of sales orders twice a day on daily basis in SAP.• Ensuring all the sales orders are timely & accurately picked, packed & dispatched.• Ensuring all the dispatch documents is filled and dispatch entries are entered into SAP on daily basis.• Follow up with transporters to arrange vehicle for dispatch of finished consignment.• Generation of daily & monthly (MIS) reports regarding dispatches, backorders, productivity & distribution efficiency.• Ensuring proper maintenance of stock statements, records & delivery challan.• Taking care of day to day coordination between all the parties’ i.e. sales team, back-end & customer.• Monitoring internal stock transfers to company\'s showrooms & branches.• Ensuring approval, gratis & author orders are timely & accurately picked, packed & dispatched.Additional Responsibilities• Actively worked during OUPI warehouse shifting from Noida to Greater Noida in May 2013 and from Greater Noida to Seekri (Ballabhgarh) in December 2014.• Ensured the stock is transferred properly within the specified time during warehouse shifting.• Ensured SAP entries are timely completed related to stock receiving from OUPI Greater Noida warehouse and from vendors during warehouse shifting in December 2014.• Actively working during stock take every year in first week of April.
