With nearly 10 years of experience in the eCommerce industry, I am a self-driven and result-oriented professional who excels in project management, PMO management, delivery management, customer service, and people management. I have exposure to various methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum, and possess broad technical knowledge of application design, architecture, and application integrations.
