I’ve structured capital flows under ODI and LRS frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment and efficient remittance to offshore master funds.* My role includes managing investor onboarding (HNIs, NRIs, institutions), handling KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, subscription agreements, and ensuring smooth capital calls and distributions.
