I am a Chartered Accountant and currently working in EY\'s Debt and Special Situations team wherein we work on Debt raise, IBC, financial & operational restructuring, distress sale etc,Dealt with an IBC mandate of a MW thermal power plant, financial restructuring of a large EPC Company, consulting a company on debt raise in renewable energy.In my previous role with the firm, I held the position of Executive at S.R Batliboi & Associates LLP, Hyderabad (Member firm EY) in their statutory audit practice, where I gained experience in executing statutory audit, limited reviews, reporting on the internal controls of large corporations spanning across industries viz, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, waste management and energy, Tech companies.I am a team player and was awarded thrice under team category during my tenure at the firm.I enjoy reading non-fiction and playing/watching cricket in my spare time.Always looking forward to meet people and meaningful conversations.
