I also facilitate employee orientation programs to embed new hires into our culture and processes.4. My role involves maintaining HR records, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance. I coordinate employee benefits, oversee insurance enrollments, and resolve claims or queries. In addition, I manage office operations and vendor relationships to keep the workplace running smoothly.6. I also handle contractor timesheet tracking and validation in collaboration with finance and payroll. On the people side, I support employee engagement, communication, and feedback loops. When employees exit, I manage all offboarding formalities, including clearances, interviews, and documentation.8. I serve as the go-to person for all people-related needs—from policy guidance to everyday HR support.
