About Varshini S.
I’ve always thought of myself as divergent- a jack of many trades, master of a few(but always creative at heart). While I thrive in structured environments like finance and commerce(Bcom Hons.), I find myself deeply drawn to the creative and visual side of things-how words are structured, how content travels, and how perception is shaped. My tendency for maladaptive daydreaming often pulls me into this world, making me realize how little I know and how much more there is to learn. Creativity fuels the domain and shapes consumer perceptions, influences decisions, and builds iconic brands. So, I do what any curious mind would, I read, absorb insights, and actively seek hands-on experiences to bridge theory with practice. This curiosity has led me to achieve Intern at Marriott in HR, gaining experience in organizational growth, people management, and operational efficiency. Work on the Meta Social Media Capstone project, delving into big data, consumer behavior, and brand interactions in the digital landscape.
