Help streamline classroom management through group coordination, feedback loops, and proper reporting. Take initiative in organizing academic sessions, support groups, and volunteer-based help desks for peers. Play a proactive role in exam prep support, internal marks clarifications, and team accountability.This term, I’ve taken a more active leadership approach, not just representing the class but working to improve systems and initiate peer collaboration.
