About Varsha Subramanian

As a masters graduate in Neuropsychology with a keen interest in Neuroscience and Lifescience research, I am highly motivated to pursue new opportunities in this field. My previous research experiences in voice adaptation and perception, EEG data analysis, preclinical studies, Attention, Dissociation and phytopharmacology have equipped me with a diverse set of skills that I believe will be invaluable in any research setting. In addition to my research background, I am also deeply passionate about Psychotherapy and counselling. Having completed a recent internship, I am currently working as a freelance therapist carrying out online therapy sessions under supervision. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of the importance of mental health care but has also helped me develop strong skills in active listening, empathy, and building rapport with clients. I believe that combining my research and therapy experiences can lead to a more comprehensive understanding of the human psyche, and I am excited to explore opportunities where I can apply this holistic approach.
