At Chase, I handle the Risk and Profitability strategies around APR and Fees-For APR, I devise new initiatives/strategies around how we can optimize the Revolve Interest Rates along different tiers across 36 Chase products. This comes with great collaboration with Risk and Card Acquisition Teams-For Fee, I manage the fee portfolio of Late Fees, Penalty fees, Residual Finance Charge, Balance Transfer Fees, Cash Advance fees, and Forex Charge. I work on enhancing the NPS through fee refund strategies which simultaneously improves our Customer Service on call centres because of lower resolution time.
