ABOUT VARSHA CATARAM KESHAV

I have 10+ years of professional IT experience and am currently working as a Senior Automation Engineer at CBRE. I am an expert in the testing of large-scale enterprise applications that are client-facing and also internally used by the client. I have worked for a decade as an individual contributor, which has allowed me to gain deep, hands-on experience in various domains, through which I have developed a sense of how to deal with multi-team, cross-domain, cross-platform, and multiple architectures. I also have experience in acting as a bridge between business owners and developers when the deadlines are close. I have more than five years of experience working with teams that are involved in in-sprint automation in 2-week and 3-week sprints. My experience with automation testing includes developing test scripts for web applications built on both Angular and React, SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, and REST micro-services. I have experience in taking on the automation of application test scripts from scratch, and I have also worked on multiple applications with existing scripts that need multiple changes and improvements. Basically, maintaining the existing scripts with full accuracy. I have great exposure in manual testing of applications in several domains, as well as applications that serve different purposes, which gave me a testing sense by getting into the shoes of a user. I do not rely on the developer\'s feedback or thoughts for testing the new features. I have gained experience, and a skill set to make my own judgment and follow my own approach in testing the applications, both web, backend, and DB. I can easily understand and have a clear idea about the features that are being implemented by multiple developers at a time, and I can plan my testing efforts with ease.
