I’m a Senior Quality Engineering professional with 14+ years of experience, and I focus on driving quality at a system and release level, not just execution.At Gojek, I’ve worked on large-scale platforms where I’ve been responsible for both defining quality strategy and executing it. My focus has been on identifying bottlenecks in release processes and improving release confidence and speed.For example, I introduced risk-based regression and execution strategies after analyzing production issues and regression inefficiencies, which helped reduce regression time from around 5 days to ~2 days and enabled a shift to weekly releases.Alongside that, I’ve been hands-on in building automation frameworks and internal testing platforms, especially around test data systems and automation reliability.So my approach is to combine system-level thinking with hands-on execution to improve quality at scale.I’m currently exploring opportunities in Staff/Principal SDET, Senior Quality Engineering, and Test Architecture roles where I can contribute as a hands-on individual contributor, while also bringing my experience in driving quality initiatives and release improvements at scale.Open to remote roles, as well as hybrid opportunities.
