About Varsha Singh
As a Talent Experience Associate at HighRadius, a Fintech SaaS company that leverages AI-based Autonomous Systems to automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes, I am responsible for end-to-end recruitment of various roles, from entry-level to senior positions. I have successfully sourced, interviewed, and hired candidates for Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, APM, Techno-Functional, Associate Functional Consultant roles, using e-recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, and creating dashboards and pipelines to track and manage the hiring process.
