ABOUT VARSHA RAVI

I\'m a Finance student at the University of Texas at Austin (Class of 2029) with a passion for building things that matter, whether that\'s a business, a community, or an opportunity where one didn\'t exist before.My journey has always been driven by a simple belief: that leadership is most meaningful when it creates impact beyond yourself. That belief led me to found a tutoring business serving 20+ students, launch Education For All to bring free resources to underserved school districts, and build a Feed My Starving Children chapter that grew to 120+ members and delivered over meals worldwide. These weren\'t just extracurriculars; rather, they were where I learned how to lead, problem-solve, and execute under pressure.Professionally, I bring a blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking. Through my work at Journeyman Group, I contributed to multi-million dollar construction and real estate decisions alongside senior leadership. At UT, I\'m sharpening that foundation as a consultant at Texas Consulting. where I\'ve developed skills in financial modeling, case strategy, and client communication, and as a member of Texas Girls into Venture Capital, where I\'m building my lens on innovation, early-stage investing, and the future of business.I\'m drawn to consulting as a career because of the breadth it offers and the chance to work across industries, solve complex problems, and drive meaningful change for organizations at critical inflection points.
