ABOUT VARSHA RATHI

I am an Associate Company Secretary. When I am not working, I spend my time watching sitcoms, series and movies. I am a voracious reader (Novels of any genre). Apart from that whenever I get some extra \'Me-Time\', I paint and sketch. I blend easily with people and never mind lending an ear to their experiences and stories. I believe that the best way to understand people is to listen to them. Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam has said,\"Thinking is the capital, enterprise is the way and hard work is the solution.\" I believe in hard work and am always enthusiastic about learning new things. During my employment with M/s ARSK & Associates, I was given the opportunity to work upon cases of merger/ amalgamation, buy back of shares, removal of director and mostly develop my skill to provide consultancy and opinions on queries to client and management. Apart from these, my specialties include annual and quarterly compliance and preparation of necessary reports, documents, statements etc. pertaining to various statutes applicable to the companies under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 and other applicable corporate law requirements under SEBI, RBI and LLP Act, 2008. As it is said that the yearning for knowledge should never be ending, I am eager to enhance my knowledge and grow by exploring more and more about Company Regulations, Corporate Governance, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Taxation, Finance & Accounts, Team Management, Legal and Administration, FEMA, SEBI, International Law and Labour Laws.
