As an HR Consultant at ChildFund, I support strategic human resources functions with a focus on people management, learning and development, and operational effectiveness. I design and implement L&D plans based on training needs and performance data, while also engaging interns and volunteers from top institutions to strengthen our talent pipeline. My responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts for fundraisers, contributing to HR policy development and rollout, assisting with payroll system implementation through FactoHR, and performing a range of other HR duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
