Follow escalation protocols as required• Carrying out data maintenance and audit activities related to PeopleSoft HR, Human Resource Administration, and Case Monitoring Systems within Service Level Agreements• Completing Hire/Onboarding Activities for employees and providing backup support to HR PSC Coordinators in preparing routine reports used for compliance and data reconciliations• Correcting data in PeopleSoft HR and filing appropriate documents in personnel folders according to SOPs. Track and follow up on missing forms• Engaging in project activities assigned by management, which may include accountability for task completion or leading small-scale project activities• Functioning as the primary point of contact for routine administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor and establishing strong customer rapport with client groups• Helping in updating PSC policies/procedures based on frequently asked questions or revised guidelines/procedures
