I help CRO & CFO teams deliver transformation initiatives, improving operations & strengthening Financial and Non-Financial Risk management practices. The types of roles I undertake are typically within FTSE 100 organisation/large scale multi nationals. These organisations have strong leadership teams with clear objectives, ambitious plans and operate across multiple geographies. The organisations I help are in a growth phase and are experiencing one or more of the following challenges- disparate systems - inconsistent processes - lack of good governance - poor risk management practices - unclear RACI structures The value and experience I bring is my ability to navigate effectively in vast, matrixed organisations, making complex change initiatives simple.
