Responsibilities: The Order Automation Specialist role is responsible for the implementation of pre-identified customers from a manual order entry process onto Dow\'s electronic order process utilizing Elemica\'s Print to XML technology. Analysing customer’s purchase patterns and setting them up in the P2X tool with the help of XML services provided by Elemica.Conduct testing for sample purchase orders provided by the CSR before migrating the customer to production.Provide after implementation services to the CSRs through priority incidents raised via Service Now tool.Creating and maintaining various trackers in Excel like volume processed, query log, FMEA etc.Other related duties:Appointed as a communication SPOC for the floor. Responsibility as a communication SPOC involves Email auditing of other team members on weekly basis and providing feedback through emails.Conducting weekly process quality checks for the team.Reporting out individual team member performance to the TL via weekly reports send through email.
