Purchase orders & Payment processing: Assisting in overall bills processing, office assets, etc. Examination of the bills submitted by different vendors including landlord side bills like electricity, Property tax & CAM recovery & putting up the cases for approval & ensuring timely payment. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinating routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations to uphold the facility\'s optimal condition and functionality.
