Project- Young High Potential Talent Management1. Spearheaded a dual-layer benchmarking study across 11 firms and internal BGSW diagnostics to design an improved Hi-Po identification and development framework, addressing key strategy gaps.2. Crafted and implemented a 7-parameter HRBP evaluation rubric as part of the multi-touchpoint identification process of high-potential at BGSW3. Streamlined a 3-step learning process with LOD and L&D to assign content, track performance, and drive continuous improvement4. A human with a penchant for hard work, integrity and an attitude of \"Achieve it all\". I am always looking for opportunities to uplift myself and others through double earned creativity and teamwork. A budding HR professional, I started off my journey by pursuing Human Resources as my major during undergraduation. Here, I was given the best theoretical knowledge and applied it practically when I worked as an intern for Callhealth. My domain was recruiting, sourcing, Interviewing and onboarding. Intertwining my theoretical knowledge and watching it unfold in a real world space gave me more learnings and insights than I could ever imagine. Fast forward to a couple of months later, and I am pursuing a masters degree in HR! She must really love HR no? The answer is a big YES, and the hardwork put in behind to justify the love for it speaks through my aptitude,attitude and communication skills. I am traveller and wish to see every corner this beautiful Earth has to offer us. I also love trekking and occasionally surf! When I\'m not eagerly learning, you will definitely find me by the ocean collecting shells.
