Credit oversight responsibilities for BMO Life Assurance Company’s investment portfolio from 2019 through 2025, as member of Investment and Risk committees. • Active engagement with key stakeholders on risk governance, calibrating risk appetite and concentration caps, portfolio management, new product reviews, risk policies & guidance, risk models, stress testing, risk mitigation tools for de-risking exposures, problem loan management, addressing other risk considerations e.g. climate change, ESG and reputational risk. Proactively leveraging use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within credit risk management.• Demonstrated successful track record of appropriately balancing risk while supporting business growth objectives.
