Recent projects involved installing flood defenses at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Leeds, Refurbishing the roof and full exterior of the Crown prosecution services in both Leeds and Wakefield, Full refurbishment of multiple Nursing homes for multiple nursing home groups, Small to medium size office and shop delaps or fully strip and refurbishment, Installation of waterproof membrane tanking systems in flooded basement apartments and fully refurbishing, Golf club lounge and shop and changing room refurbishment, Multiple toilet cubicles and sanitary-ware replacement in multistory office block in Liverpool, Installing Sani flow systems into multi-floor offices so rooms can be let separately. Warehouse fit out with multi floor mezzanine floor levels, building new offices and shop area, reconfigure the server room, Installation of Air conditioning and clean air systems, All electrical and media cabling installation. New build of a national chain stores. Project managing multiple projects at anyone time.
