I am a B.Tech undergraduate at IIT Kharagpur with hands-on experience in leadership, execution, partnerships, outreach, and large-scale coordination through student organizations and startup internships.I currently serve as a Core Organizing Team Member at Kshitij, IIT Kharagpur Asia’s largest techno-management fest where I work on stakeholder coordination, sponsor communication, nationwide student engagement, branding, and end-to-end execution of large initiatives.I have also been actively involved with Maharashtra Mandal and TMES at IIT Kharagpur, contributing to partnership outreach, industry coordination, program management, and national-level event execution. As the first Point of Contact for multiple partners including Ather and Ixigo, I have handled the entire process from outreach and pitching to alignment on deliverables and execution.Alongside this, I have worked with fast-growing startups in roles involving business development, lead generation, market research, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making.
